A 41 year old white male, c/o therapy-resistent Abd. wall pains for the last 11 years. The patient was operated 11 years ago because of Inguinal Hernia on the right. Because of postsurgical problems, the operation was repeated twice folled by more problems and stronger pain.

evaluate any classical abdominal wall damage; No new or recurrent hernia was found.
