YNSA Influence in Combination with Ear and Body Acupuncture for the Treatment of Chronic Pansinusitis, Cervical Spine Syndrome, Shoulder-Arm Syndrome, bilateral

Case 15

A 36-year old female patient has been suffering with a recurrent chronic therapy-resistant pansinusitis for many years.

The patient has already been treated on many occasions by medical specialists and underwent repeated nasal sinus lavage, but without permanent improvement.

Furthermore the patient complains of chronic cervical pain and shoulder-arm pain. Despite repeated orthopedic physical therapy treatment, there is no sign of a significant improvement.

Findings and Treatment Course: The patient was examined and treated in accordance with the respective Y-points. In addition we treated the corresponding basic and sensorial points. In order to intensify and to stabilize the success we also treated the respective ear and body acupuncture spots. (see photo 317-318 dated 1 April 98 - Olympus Photo Album).

The short-lived success was immediately noticeable to the patient, the complete ear, nose and throat area was freed and all cervical and lumbar pains, i.e. tension, disappeared. The patient was able to freely move the complete shoulder and neck region without the violent influence on the shoulder and cervical spine area.

This combined treatment was carried out on a once-per-week basis. Each time an improvement was noticeable, with stabilizing results.

After a treatment period of approximately 8 weeks the patient was completely cured. It was recommended for her to continue with physical therapy and sport activities in order to retain the successful condition.
